Description

75F's IoT-based building management system provides real-time HVAC control, building visibility, alerts, and energy management across one building or a portfolio, to improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and comfort in commercial buildings. The system is comprised of two parts — a software platform, Facilisight, and a tablet with wireless communications that acts as the systen's front end, the Central Control Unit.

The Facilisight platform provides real-time building intelligence and control, supports monitoring and managing sites remotely, viewing portfolio relationships with energy, comfort, and air quality, using dashboards and alerts, and scheduling demand response events across a portfolio. For better visibility into real-time electricity use, energy data is configured in a Portfolio Analytics Manager. The Central Control Unit tablet replaces a standard thermostat and controls system's heating, cooling and fan signals. The tablet provides a primary user interface for building management including mobile pairing, configuration and settings, zone status, schedules, sensor input graphs and much more.

Automated demand response is supported as part of the broader 75F system rather than as a separate Facilisight or CCU product. The system supports OpenADR-based HVAC demand deferral, remote scheduling through Facilisight, and portfolio-wide event management to reduce utility costs during grid stress or high-price periods.
