H2know installation is designed to be minimally disruptive for residents. For a typical 100-unit property, installation takes about 2–3 weeks with a small team, and most of the work is completed by trained installers rather than skilled trades. In some cases, a licensed electrician may be needed.

H2know sensors are typically not accessible to residents. However, H2know's insights and alerts may be available based on the needs of the building owners and managers. Conservation Labs provides direct access to detailed usage data or summary level data, as approriate.
