Ongoing Costs

Project dependent. Varies from revenue-share to a flat platform fee, or a combination of both.

NY Incentives/Financing Resources

  • Con Edison and National Grid utility DR programs, Con Edison TOU rate optimization, NYSERDA Clean Energy programs, GridRewards revenue.

  • Buildings may also be eligible for NYC Accelerator financing support and other state or city incentives for energy efficiency upgrades.
