GridRewards is a free app developed by Logical Buildings that building owners can promote to tenants to help them understand their energy use, save money, and earn rewards.

Installation contractor availability is very high; Contractors should be able to respond to projects any time of the year.

• Properties with exisitng Con Edison AMI meters, building automation systems, or submetering infrastructure are ideal.
