Finding proven solutions can be a huge barrier to starting a multifamily retrofit project. We created this tool to make that a little easier.

Since 2020, The Clean Fight has helped multifamily building owners of all sizes — from small affordable co-ops to large public housing authorities — connect with proven retrofit solutions that reduce emissions, address energy affordability, and improve resident comfort and quality of life. As a non-profit, our goal is to ease the adoption of climate solutions for all.

The solutions in this navigator are technologies that have been in our programs. For each solution, we have also shared related technologies that have not participated in The Clean Fight, to provide you with additional options to explore. We do not have a financial stake in any of the companies. No matter which solution you select, we recommend you conduct your own due diligence.
