The Clean Fight, with NYC Economic Development Corporation, is recruiting high-impact climate solutions from around the world to be a part of the inaugural cohort of the International Landing Pad Network. Learn about the program, benefits, and application program below.

This flagship program is focused on supporting ready-to-scale companies looking to expand into the New York market. With a laser focus on overcoming some of the toughest market-entry barriers, the program will provide structured business development tailored to your unique needs, targeted capital connections to the right funding to support your growth, and eligibility to apply for grants from $50k-$250k to unlock your first deployment in the New York market, and much more.

The initial cohort will focus on the Built Environment — the single largest source of New York City’s greenhouse gas emissions. Together, we’ll build a cleaner, more resilient future for NYC, while helping you to scale in one of the most resource rich ecosystems in the world with unmatched opportunities for collaboration and impact.

Applications are open until April 1st 2026. The program will start in June 2026 and run for 12 months.

Eligibility to apply for grants ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 to help offset the costs of replicable, first-of-a-kind deployments in New York City, subject to available funding.

Access for each company to a centrally-located New York City co-working space for twelve months.

The full cohort will have access to a shared coworking space in midtown Manhattan helping to build community and cross-collaboration between participants, and facilitate seamless in-person support.

We’re looking for best-in-class built environment solutions from the international market.
  • Ready to Expand Growth Stage

    Companies should generate $5 million in Annual Revenue, and/or have sufficient capital on their balance sheet to grow 5+ employees in 2+ years. Companies should have solutions that are ready to scale: products or services with proven efficacy, impact, and market demand that can quickly support a far bigger customer base.

  • International

    This program is specifically focused on bringing leading international solutions into the New York market. Companies should be based internationally and committed to establishing operations in New York City.

  • Built Environment

    The initial cohort will focus on the built environment to meet NYC’s increasing demand for building decarbonization solutions. For example:
    - Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation
    - Heat Recovery & Thermal Storage
    - Envelope and Weatherization
    - Building Management & Monitoring
    - On-site Renewables & Storage
    - Low/Negative Carbon Materials
    - EV Charging
